DrayLog and the DrayLog Driver app · Last updated October 23, 2026
DrayLog is a dispatch and driver platform for drayage trucking companies (“carriers”). DrayLog operates the DrayLog website, the carrier dispatch software, and the DrayLog Driver app for iOS and Android. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and the choices drivers and carriers have.
Each carrier that signs up for DrayLog is an independent business. A carrier creates accounts for its own drivers and controls the driver, load, and location data for its company. DrayLog hosts and processes that data on the carrier’s behalf and keeps each carrier’s data separate from every other carrier. If you drive for a carrier, that carrier is responsible for how it uses your information; contact your carrier for questions about its practices.
Carriers use this information to dispatch loads, track deliveries, pay their drivers, and meet billing, safety, and recordkeeping obligations. DrayLog uses it only to provide, secure, and support the service. We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and the app contains no third-party advertising or tracking.
Driver information is shared with the carrier the driver works for. Load details (for example container status and delivery time) may be shared by that carrier with its own customers. DrayLog uses service providers for hosting, email, and maps under confidentiality obligations, and may disclose information when required by law.
We keep data while the carrier’s account is active or as needed to provide the service. Carriers may need to keep load and pay records for legal, tax, and safety reasons.
Drivers can delete their account at any time in the DrayLog Driver app under Profile → Delete Account, or on the web at draylog.com/delete-account. When you delete your account, your sign-in is closed and your name, email, phone, license and ID details, address, emergency contact, signatures, and saved location are deleted. Load records your carrier needs (such as a delivery time) are kept by the carrier with the driver shown as “Deleted driver”. Carrier admin accounts can be closed by emailing support@draylog.com.
You can turn off location or camera access at any time in your device settings. You can also ask your carrier, or us, to access or correct your information.
Data is sent over encrypted connections, passwords are stored hashed, and each carrier’s data is isolated from other carriers.
DrayLog is a business tool for commercial drivers and is not directed to children under 16.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
