Terms of use

DrayLog is software operated by DrayLog for drayage carriers. When a carrier creates a company, that carrier is the customer. DrayLog provides the service. The carrier controls its office users and drivers.

New companies receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the price is $49 per truck per month. Until a payment processor is connected, activation is arranged by emailing support@draylog.com. A carrier that is marked billing-exempt is not charged.

Each company may only access its own loads, drivers, equipment, invoices, documents, and API credentials. Carriers are responsible for the accuracy of freight data and for their drivers' use of the driver app.

The service is provided as available. Do not rely on it as the only record required by law. Questions: support@draylog.com.
